NCC August 9 - by John Fryar

Won the toss and batted against Uni at Nightcliff.
Alex Krepapas and Jason Hatton started at a cracking pace, before Alex (37 off 35) started a mini-collapse had us 3-80 in the 16th over. Hatton and Fryar saw us to 3-118 at drinks. The partnership was broken at 203 in the 28th over, Fryar out for 71. Jason fell soon after for a great 80 off 84 balls. Some excellent aggressive batting, including 64 off 40 balls to Michael Best and 27 off 14 for Brad, saw us get to 7-317 after 40 overs. Our highest total of the season (so far).
Brad Hatton (3/36) and Anthony Snell (1/35) again made things difficult for the opposition top-order. Wickets fell consistently, Nathan Jury and Adam Glover bagging 2 each, a run out from a bullet like throw from Besty and Ethan Wake stepped up to claim 1/0 of 1.1.
A fantastic all-round effort from the fellas producing another great win.
